What is paid counselling?

Is the fee refundable?
Only in the cases listed in the Fee Refund Policy on the Paid Counselling page—for example money returned only if there is an offer; and refund only if you do not get medical seat till the last round (with 20% deducted from the total before refund). Refunds are processed between August and September of the next counselling year. You can pay via the site, bank deposit, or QR code (AV Sir). Read the full numbered policy on that page before paying.
